Q: How much do you charge?
A: I create a quote for the project based on the number of hours I estimate the project will take. The final quote will be communicated before the end of the project. Before handing over the final image files/assets, payment must be made in full.
Q: What kind of payments are accepted?
A: I accept PayPal.
Projects
Q: What types of projects do you do?
A: I create logos, branding, digital/print marketing material and websites. I also do custom paintings and illustrations, so if there is any project you have in mind please get in touch.
Q: What information do you need from me to get started?
A: It’s important for me to have as much information as possible about the project, your brand and what kinds of collateral you need. I will send you a questionnaire that includes information about the company name, the company’s mission/values, the company’s competitors and where you will use the branding collateral. I like to create custom branding work personalized for each client’s needs.
Q: How many options will I get for my projects?
A: This depends on the project. Usually I give 2-3 options for logos and other branding material. I also can do up to 2 rounds of changes based on the feedback provided. If you need additional rounds of changes, charges may apply.
File Formats
Q: Will I be able to keep the art files of logos and other assets after making payment?
A: After receiving payment, I will transfer original art files (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other formats needed such as PDF, JPG, or PNG.
Q: How should I share files with you?
A: If you have files of logos and other graphics that need to be incorporated into a project I usually share files through google drive or dropbox.
Building a Website
Q: What information do you need to build a website?
A: When building a new website, I will ask you many questions to see which website platform will be ideal for your needs. I usually recommend using WordPress or Squarespace. I will also ask you what your business objectives are and what the goals of your website are. I am happy to discuss any questions you have about website design.
Q: How much do you charge for building a website?
A: The cost of the website depends on many factors including whether or not all of your content will be provided including images, copy, etc. It also depends on the number of pages you will need and the types of integrations needed and other special considerations such as whether or not it is an ecommerce or membership site. The base price for a WordPress site starts at $1,000 USD. I can also discuss options to meet your budget.
